Mr. Samson began his legal career at Riemer & Braunstein in Boston, where his practice ranged from liability defense litigation, to assisting on workouts of eight figure loan arrangements and disposition of a portfolio of 70-plus real properties, to advising clients in contract and real estate matters. In 2013, he joined his wife, Valerie Giglio, in the practice that she founded in 1998. His client approach effectively balances an understanding of the needs of a client from a practical, in-house perspective, with a strictly legal, book-based perspective. Mr. Samson provides our firm with commercial leasing, mergers and acquisition services, and franchise disclosure document review.
